1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Items used, damaged, or washed after delivery

    Request a Return Authorization (RA) number — returns without an RA will not be accepted.

  2. Package the Item
    Include the original receipt or order confirmation. Securely package the item in its original condition.

  3. Ship to Our Return Address

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.


2. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for funds to appear in your account

🚫 Non-Refundable Fees

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

⚠️ Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items:

  • Not in original condition

  • Missing parts

  • Received after the 30-day return window

3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get another size, color, or item:

  • Return the original product for a refund

  • Place a new order for the replacement


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

We will provide you with a free return label and offer either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.


5. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it:

  • We will issue store credit or an exchange, as long as the return meets eligibility
