1. Return Policy

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition of Products: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original, unaltered condition with all tags still attached.
  • Return Period: Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer a refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    The following items cannot be returned:
    • Personalized or custom items
    • Final sale items
    • Gift cards or downloadable products
    • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after receipt

How to Return an Item:

  2. Prepare the Item for Return:
    Carefully package the item, ensuring it is in its original condition with tags attached. Please include the original receipt or order confirmation for processing.

  3. Return Shipping:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is safely received.

2. Refund Policy

  • Shipping Fees:
    Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Partial Refunds:
    We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for returned items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts. If this is the case, we will notify you of the amount refunded.

3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

We will gladly provide a return label at no cost to you and issue a full refund or replacement.

5. Gift Returns

If you received a gift and wish to return it, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange for an exchange or store credit for the gift’s value if it meets our return requirements.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
