At Modernsuri, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Below, you’ll find information about our shipping process, fees, and delivery times to ensure a seamless experience when shopping with us.

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods based on your location and order. Below are the estimated delivery times for each shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days):
    This is our most economical shipping option. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days):
    For faster delivery, choose our expedited shipping option. Orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day):
    If you need your order in a hurry, you can select overnight shipping. Orders placed by 12:00 PM (EST) will be delivered the next business day.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, your location, or weather conditions. While we strive to meet these delivery windows, delays are sometimes beyond our control.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your shipping address. During checkout, you will be provided with the exact shipping options and costs available for your order.

  • Free Shipping:
    Modernsuri may offer free shipping promotions on select orders or during special sales events. Free shipping is typically available for orders over a certain amount, which will be specified on the website or during checkout.

  • International Shipping:
    At this time, Modernsuri only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the U.S., please consider using a third-party shipping service.

3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Backorders:
    If an item in your order is on backorder or out of stock, we will notify you by email and give you the option to cancel or adjust your order. We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but in some cases, backorders may occur.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
    We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

  • Address Accuracy:
    Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Modernsuri is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

  • Tracking Information:
    Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available.

6. Order Issues and Delays

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments:
    If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or provide a solution based on the situation.

  • Damaged Shipments:
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may ask for photos of the damage and details about the shipping package to help resolve the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund if the item is found to be damaged.

8. Shipping Address Changes
